Active Socks for Life provides you with information on the new revolutionized Jobst Active and Jobst Casual Socks and the Jobst Diabetic Socks. These socks provide the compression necessary to prevent leg swelling, tired achy legs, leg soreness, during and after physical activities. If your active life style of bicycling, climbing, flying, driving, hiking, golfing, backpacking, walking, jogging or workouts makes your legs feel heavy, or sore then the Active Wear and Casual Wear socks are right for you. The Active Wear socks, for men and women, are made with Dri-release®, a unique material that provides compression while whisking away the leg and foot perspiration. The material is a microblend yarn that feels like cotton but is a performance fabric that helps athletes and other sports enthusiasts maintain leg health. The socks provide seamless toes and excellent moisture management which makes it an excellent candidate for a diabetic sock. The socks are available in 15-20 and 20-30mmHg compression. The Women’s Casual sock is also available in 15-20 and 20-30mmHg compression. This sock is designed as a fashionable compression sock for casual activities such as shopping, hiking, golfing, and driving. The socks assist when you have leg problems such as tired, achy legs, varicose veins and edema and do not want to wear support hose or a hosiery product. The Jobst SensiFoot socks come in a mild compression and are ideal for the person with diabetes or arthritis. The socks provide a seamless toe seam, wick away moisture from the foot and have an anti-microbial finish to assist in maintaining foot health. The diabetic socks have a heavy padded foot to minimize fatigue while engaging in walking or other athletic activities. If you are experiencing legs problems your physician is your best source of information for helping your legs remain healthy. Please consult with your physician for additional information on compression hose.
